The order showed up, but it wasn’t quite right. Reading between the lines, it seems like there may have been some mix-up when it was packed or processed. Not a huge dramatic thing, but I did end up getting the wrong stuff.

I just paused my plan recently, it was way easier than I expected. No hassle, no back-and-forth, just a quick change whenever I needed it.

They said it would arrive by a certain date, but that didn’t happen, which was frustrating. I don’t mind waiting if they’re upfront about it, but promising one thing and then delivering later is annoying. It did finally arrive, though.
